Content Policy

Ownership comes first

You must own the image you upload or have clear permission to print it. Family photos, your own artwork, your kids' drawings, your company's designs — all perfect. Someone else's photography, artwork, or branded characters without permission — not printable.

What we won't print

• Content that infringes copyright or trademark.
• Illegal content of any kind, including any sexualized depiction of minors.
• Content depicting identifiable private individuals without their consent, used to harass or demean them.
• Counterfeit currency, official documents, or identification.

If an order violates this policy we'll decline it and refund you in full. Where the law requires, we report illegal content to authorities.

AI-generated artwork

We happily print AI-generated and AI-assisted images you've created, subject to the same rule: you must hold the rights to print them under the terms of the tool you used. We never use your uploads — AI-generated or otherwise — to train models.

Privacy of your uploads

Uploaded images are never displayed publicly, used in our marketing, or shared beyond the staff and fulfillment partners preparing your order. See our Privacy Policy for storage and deletion details.
