Our guarantee
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or meaningfully different from the proof you approved, we'll reprint it or refund it in full — your choice. Email support@obsidianash.com with your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery. You don't need to ship anything back.
Cancellations
- Before proof approval: cancel any time for a full refund — nothing has been printed yet.
- After proof approval: your print is already in production, so cancellation isn't guaranteed — contact us immediately and we'll do our best.
Change of mind
Because every print is custom-made from your image, we can't restock returns. That said, if you're unhappy with your print for any reason, contact us — we'd rather find a fix (a reprint, a discount on a corrected version) than leave you with something you won't hang.
What isn't covered
- Issues visible in the proof you approved (e.g., low-resolution source image we flagged).
- Normal screen-to-print color variation (see our Terms).
- Damage occurring after delivery.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to post it.
