Production time

Prints go into production after you approve your free digital proof, and ship within 3–5 business days of approval. Large canvas wraps (24″ and up) can take up to 7 business days.

Shipping methods & rates

• Posters ship rolled in rigid tubes.
• Canvas wraps and giclée prints ship boxed with corner protection.
• Rates are calculated at checkout by size and destination. [CARRIERS — e.g. USPS/UPS] · currently shipping to [REGIONS, e.g. United States only].

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Damaged, lost, or late

• Arrived damaged? Email a photo of the damage (including packaging) to support@obsidianash.com within 14 days — we reprint and reship free, no need to return the damaged item.
• Lost in transit? If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, we'll reship or refund — your choice.
• Wrong address? Contact us as soon as possible; we can update the address any time before the shipping label is created.
