Once you place your order, we get your image ready for print and email you a digital proof — you'll see the exact cropping, color, and any notes you sent along. Nothing prints until you approve it, and any tweaks at the proof stage are on us.

Most prints ship within 3–5 business days of you approving your proof (give large canvases up to 7). Add transit time for the shipping option you choose at checkout, and we'll email you tracking the moment your order leaves the studio.

Usually, yes — photos from a modern phone print beautifully at 16×24, and often larger. We check the resolution on every order, and if a size would come out soft we'll tell you at the proof stage, before anything prints.

Very close, though never pixel-for-pixel — screens are backlit and paper isn't. We color-manage every job, and your approved proof is the reference we print to. If anything looks off in the proof, just tell us and we'll adjust it, free.

Send us a photo of the damage within 14 days and we'll reprint or refund it — your choice, free, with no return shipping. The details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Absolutely — as long as you have the rights to print them under the terms of whatever tool you used. See our Content Policy for the details.

Only the team and fulfillment partners getting your order ready. We never show your uploads publicly, use them in marketing, or train AI models on them, and we delete them after a short retention window. The full story is in our Privacy Policy.
