Prints ship 3–5 business days after you approve your proof (up to 7 for large canvases). Add transit time based on the shipping option you pick at checkout — you'll get tracking by email the moment it ships.

Usually, yes — modern phone photos print beautifully at 16×24 and often larger. We check resolution on every order and tell you at proof stage if a size would look soft, before anything prints.

Very close, but not pixel-identical — screens are backlit and prints are not. We color-manage every job, and your proof is the agreed reference. If something looks off in the proof, tell us and we'll adjust it free.
