1. The service

ObsidianMedia, operated by [BUSINESS LEGAL NAME] ("we"), produces custom printed products (matte posters, canvas wraps, fine art giclée prints) from images you provide. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Your content

You keep full ownership of every image you upload.
You grant us a limited license to reproduce your image solely to produce your order (including the digital proof).
You confirm you own the image or have permission to print it. You are responsible for any copyright or likeness-rights claims arising from your upload.
We may decline any order that appears to infringe copyright, depicts illegal content, or violates our Content Policy. Declined orders are fully refunded.

3. Proofs & approval

Every order includes a free digital proof sent by email. Production begins only after you approve the proof. Once approved, the proof is the agreed reference for the final print.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown before checkout in USD and exclude shipping and applicable taxes, which are itemized at checkout. Payment is collected by [PAYMENT PROCESSOR] when you place the order. Displayed prices are confirmed server-side at checkout; in case of a pricing error we'll contact you before charging.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

See our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms. In short: damaged or defective prints are reprinted or refunded free; because each print is custom-made, change-of-mind returns are handled case by case.

6. Color & quality disclaimer

Printed colors can differ slightly from what you see on a backlit screen. We color-manage every job and flag low-resolution files at proof stage, but minor screen-to-print variation is normal and not a defect.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

8. Disputes

9. Changes
